As one of the largest community banks in Texas, our reach traverses Hereford in the Panhandle to Port Arthur on the Gulf Coast, and the communities we serve along the way are the lifeline of not only First Financial Bank, but also the state of Texas. Stepping outside of the company, our employees give back daily to the communities they serve, but we collectively dedicate one special day each year where we partner with more than 75 local civic and nonprofit organizations for an annual bank-wide day of giving. Each Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples’ Day, more than 1,000 of our 1,500 employees donate their time. This annual event allows us to work together, side-by-side for the betterment of our communities.
