At Berkshire Bank, we understand that being a committed community partner is about more than writing a check. It’s about taking action. We provide our employees with paid time off to be part of the XTEAM, our nationally acclaimed Employee Volunteer Program, through which we impacted more than one million lives last year providing service valued at over $1 million. Additionally, annually we close our entire company for an afternoon to allow all of our employees to volunteer in their communities as part of our Xtraordinary Day of Service.
